Stayed one night. The grounds and the restrooms were clean. They are pet friendly. I was able to book online last minute on 4th of July even though the office was closed.

Stayed here for an overnight in November, 2019. The above rate reflects the Passport America discount.Easy access off of I-396 on the west side of Texarkana. Not much to this place. Fairly typical RV Park. Payment is made at the tire shop next door. We had a pull thru which had enough room for us to remain hitched for the night. All utilities (elect/water/sewer) worked as they should. Cable TV did not work. Several permanent residents here. Place was quiet, though there was some road noise as this location is just off a fairly busy highway. Didn't use any of the facilities while here.For $15 PA rate, a good alternative to a Walmart for a one night stay. Would return again for a one night stay if need be in the future.
