To summarize the pros and cons.It is an RV Park with all the necessities. The laundromat is excellent, but, 2.00 per load to wash and 2.00 per load to dry. Hot is definitely hot for the dryers. The shower and restrooms are in the same building. There is no change or vending machine. The sites are easy to access (We had a pull through). There is at least one tree per site for shade. They are gravel. They are typical distance apart. The manager is nice. They use email or text to charge you. The main dog area is disgusting.! It smells like a sewer, and may actually be a leach field. And of course there is plenty of poop, even with available bags.The highway noise is bad. The park is quiet otherwise. The sewer smell is why I won't return.
