Ditto on everything Cherie's review says. We also stayed in the electric only, un-level, grass sites in the back. It was a place to plug in that was quiet and safe. People were nice. Staff friendly and very helpful with information on the area.The sites in the main part of the park look like they're on a hillside, with tall stacked blocks holding up the front of the trailers. Clotheslines across the small road. Very, very tight sites - awnings to slides tight.Our satellite connected and our ATT MiFi connected to Internet. No park WiFi where we parked.I'll try the park down the same street next time.

Parking options are very limited if you need to be in the Newport, RI area. This park is just a couple mile drive (even biking distance) from downtown Newport and the beaches. The location is super convenient, and staff extremely friendly and helpful. The park itself is somewhat basic. The front part (with full hook-ups) are extremely packed in tight & unlevel, and mostly full of seasonal spots (mostly empty trailers while we were there). The back part of the park is all on grass and a touch more spread out. The spots are also much more level. However these spots only have electric hook-ups. The dump station is very inconveniently placed. If someone is using it, you're blocked in until they leave. Our rate reflects the electric only spot, with a Good Sam discount. They take cash only.
